"Apparently" we're running a scheme to scam our customers out of having to refund their orders. For the record, this is a completely false accusation. We have had some issues with our local post office, our postal route worker and their package tracking.

The Latest News: iPhone App Development

We've just submitted our first iPhone app to Apple for approval. We're super excited about the level of connectivity this should help bring to all our friends and customers. We'll be keeping constant updates coming as we hear back from Apple, both here and on our regular social media channels like Facebook and Twitter.

New Customer Support Feature: Gmail Chat

Since we're still having problems with our phone service and some people fail to whitelist our emails, I hope to alleviate some of that trouble via live chat through our Gmail account: distinctivefabric.  If you don't already have a Gmail account, we highly recommend getting one. What A New Year It Is

Well we finished up 2008 with mixed results and have begun the new year with only more uncertainty.

Our operations have now entered into their 5th year and we continue to serve up an even greater number of orders to many a happy customer but internally, we've been struggling with too many problems for far too long now.

Website Updates Coming Soon

Our website infrastructure has been undergoing some upgrades and migrations recently.

It's taken much longer than we'd hoped it would to complete this but reliable and punctual programmers are tough to find these days, it seems.  We should be deploying some general content changes to our site later today or tomorrow.  We're just waiting on the completion of our Subversion/sandbox update to do so.
