So as some may have no doubt notice, our phones have been down for about the last 12 hours or so, for which we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
We made a switch a little ways back from Ureach to TollFreeMax phone messaging services and have been struggling with their lack of customer service, non-intuitive user interface (UI) and a host of other issues. We've been grinning and bearing it because it's costing us at least $200 less a month than Ureach had been running us, but admittedly...our service has suffered for it. So we're trying to work things out with our current provider before making another change, as it can be no small hassle to switch providers and keep our 877 number with the switch. If anyone has any recommendations for alternative providers, we'd love to hear of them! *Update: Our service has been reinstated as of this post. ( categories: )
