While she doesn't go into heavy detail it's still a great introduction to how anyone can make just a few simple changes
in their overall consumption. I consider her How To's focus one of the (initial) higher level priorities in Greening one's personal or professional environment as it's a quick and relatively painless step towards making changes in our lives now.

Try taking stock someday of your daily use of paper towels, toilet paper, napkins and the like and you may just be
surprised by what your contribution amounts to - I know I am every time I eat out or just pause and take note of those
around me.
