New Customer Support Feature: Gmail Chat

As of today, I'll be running Gmail chat for additional customer support.

Since we're still having problems with our phone service and some people fail to whitelist our emails, I hope to alleviate some of that trouble via live chat through our Gmail account: distinctivefabric.  If you don't already have a Gmail account, we highly recommend getting one. Their service is uncomparable.
